1) What does it mean when your product is Natural?
The product contains 100% a natural substance or compound found in natural. For example: Shea Butter comes from the naturally found Shea Tree. Another example is that Argan oil comes from the argan tree. These are just two examples of naturally occurring substances.
2) What does it mean when your product is Near-Natural?
When we say Near-Natural it indicates several of the ingredients are natural, with limited unnatural and mild ingredients such as to preserve the product. For example, phenoxyethanol is a preservative that is effective at preventing bacterial growth in some of our products + extending product shelf life.
3) Who is your shipping carrier?
All shipping prices are automatically determined by the United States Postal Service (USPS). After placing an order, standard processing and handling times for our business in the US are 3-5 business days. Business days do not include Saturdays/Sundays or holidays. This does not include the shipping courier, USPS, or shipping time. Processing time is the time between when an order is placed by a customer and when the order is fulfilled by our business. Orders that require shipping are considered fulfilled when we give the shipment to a shipping carrier service. Our shipping depends on the specific product and compliance with USPS Regulations based on the composition of the products. We use USPS First Class, Priority, and Ground Shipping. US Order Processing Time : 3-5 Business Days (TOTAL TIME) US Order Shipping Time: First Class (1-5 business days) or Priority (1-3 Business Days) (TIME TO SHIP ONLY); Ground Shipping Time (7-10 business days) However, for Canada, we use First Class Mail International which takes 11-20 days for shipping time. The processing time is the same as the US order time of 3-5 business days. Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling costs. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs. 4) Do you test your products on animals?
No, we never test our products on animals. We are cruelty free!
5) What temperature do these products need to be stored at?
We recommend storing our products in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
6) Do you ship internationally?
Updated: 06/06/2023 outside of the United States, we now also ship to Canada only (select items). Reference our response to FAQ #3 for further details.
7) Is it ok to purchase individually your Raine Naturals' "Miraculous" Aloe Vera Facial products?
For optimal results (smooth, toned, moisturized skin) , it's best to purchase the set. However, you can certainly purchase each product individually. For example, perhaps you only want to purchase let's say the facial cream. That is OK.
8) What are your product's shelf-life?
Any products without a preservative impact shelf life, our Queen Glow Toning Belly Oil, use within 4 months. Island Whipped Body Butter use within 3 months. However, our Argan Superpower Body Oil use within 9 months. Never allow water to make contact contents of any preservative free product. All other products with preservatives use within 12 months. Note: Keep all products in a cool, dry place away from any direct sunlight for optimal shelf life and prevent product degradation.
